She is the first professional in Africa to be certified in Dolby Atmos through Avid, a milestone that places her at the forefront of immersive audio on the continent. From that foundation, her practice expanded beyond sound itself to the structures surrounding it: how teams work, how creative decisions are made, and how quality is maintained at scale.

Her experience spans independent productions and global music environments, including work with Warner Music Africa, as a Dolby Atmos Engineer and also supported operational and project-driven workflows bridging creative and business teams.

Today, Febe works across premium audio projects (Studio, Atmos or Live), selective advisory work, and high-level speaking — unified by a single principle: great work deserves structure.
